We want you to be happy with Logic Writer.

14-day refund

If Logic Writer is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason.

How to request a refund

Email roo.adm@gmail.com with your order number (from your Lemon Squeezy receipt) or the email address used at checkout. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

If you paid by bank transfer, include the account you would like the refund sent to; we return the amount we received (bank fees are not refundable).

After 14 days

After 14 days purchases are generally not refundable, but if something went wrong (for example a duplicate charge, or the app does not run on your supported system and we cannot fix it) please contact us and we will make it right.

After a refund

The license key linked to a refunded order is deactivated.
